We equip our security personnel with a Guard Monitoring Devices at no extra cost to the clients which records the security guards movements throughout the assignment. All records of this system are viewed by our control centre in Hanley at the time of the assignment. This also shows the location of patrols on the internet at live times and has an emergency button for our patrol unit. We can also set up a Geofence that if breached raises an alarm at the control centre, our patrol drivers are notified and immediately track the security guard or visit the premises. An alarm is also raised if the device signals no movement for 20 minutes. This device can also be used to make and receive calls.The level of Service provided to clients.
